Back by popular demand!! This is a demonstration style class where we will make 3 complete dinners with completely different flavor profiles on sheet pans. No mess, no fuss for those who need to get dinner on the table in a hurry. Various time saving tricks and techniques will be taught. Afterward, we will all eat what we have made, so come hungry!
