In this demonstration type class, you will learn how to make a variety of soups. We will start with seafood Stew, also known as Cioppino, a streamlined version of a rich, satisfying soup. WE will change gears and make a spicy Vietnamese Soup called Tom Yom Goong which always gets my taste buds swinging, and then circle around to an oldie but goodie, Lentil Soup with a couple upgrades that will make you happy.

Jan. 19- 11 AM- 1 PM

Class will be held in a private home in the Museum District. Address will be emailed 24 hours before class.
