A fun and informative hands-on Learn to Make Mozzarella Cheese workshop.

Join local market chef Maggie Perkins to learn the steps for successfully creating homemade mozzarella cheese, including tips, tools, and tricks for success. Then, roll up your sleeves and work some milk-magic to make your own mozzarella as we divide into small groups and make your own batch! We will conclude with a contest to find out whose cheese is the tastiest!
