Brownies and cookies are my favorite pastries. I have spent 20 years doing recipe development to create a delicious twist on the pastries we love. Learn the art and science behind great textures, low sugar, high flavor pastries. Learn what makes a brownie chewy or fudgy and how the ingredients interact. 

Students will choose from the best giant chocolate chip cookies, rye chocolate chip, low carb keto snickerdoodles, spelt double chocolate, oatmeal chocolate chip vegan, speculoos and tahini chocolate chip. Also, choose from turtle brownies, cherry brownies, paleo, orange brownies, pistachio, raspberry and almond sea salt.

Real foods, low sugar, whole grain, dairy free, paleo, gf and naturally sweet options!

100% of sales will be donated to Recipe for Success pantry restocking for Hurricane Harvey victims.

Class location: Mueller- address and instructions will be mailed 24-48 hours before class.

Vanessa Musi is one of the first healthy pastry chefs in the world, with over 20 years experience teaching, she is a classically trained pastry chef. She graduated with honors from the French Pastry School, but her story of hypoglycemia and health adversity inspired her to create a new way to bake. Vanessa has taught thousands of bakers: home bakers and professionals around the world, online, hands on and demo.
