May 6 Upscale Brunch- A/TX

You don’t have to go out to a fancy restaurant and wait an hour for a fancy weekend brunch. I’m going to give you all the tools you need to make the perfect upscale brunch for your friends and loved ones! We will be making fried chicken and fluffy waffles, and eggs benedict with perfectly poached eggs and an easy non-intimidating hollandaise sauce. As always, I will keep health and nutrition in mind, and make these indulgent meals with good-for-you ingredients! You’ll leave with recipe cards and a newfound love for cooking new and improved breakfast dishes. You are welcome to bring your own Mimosas to enjoy!

Monique Sandhu is a professional chef in Austin cooks for her company Eat Good Things. She is also the founder and owner of the food blog ATX Eats and Treats which was started in Spring of 2016. Her cooking style is all inclusive; she loves carbs and dairy, but knows that greens and lean proteins are necessary too. Her personal chef work has an emphasis on meal planning for people with dietary needs. If she's not eating or cooking, she's playing with her dog Obadiah.
