This class will cover all the tips and tricks you will need to confidently make tamales for your friends and family. We will start by making our masa dough, then prep and fill our corn husks, and finally cook and eat our creations. Tamales are tasty at any hour so we will make a variety of fillings, from black beans for breakfast to sweet mango for dessert. Each student will leave with 16-20 tamales ready to share with those you like most or stash in your freezer for a rainy day.
