Spring into Summer with new Salads and new knife skills! Learn to prep vegetables, poach proteins, and blend spring herbs and flavors for healthy, delicious full meal salads. In class, roll up your sleeves and practice some knife skills to make the following:

  • Fresh pea and prosciutto pasta salad with creamy lemon herb dressing

  • Composed spring veggies with edible flowers, chevre and citrus vinaigrette

  • Poached salmon on greens with capers and champagne dill vinaigrette

August 29 | 6:30-8:30 PM | BYOB

Class will be held in a private kitchen in the 78745/South Central Austin area. Address will be provided 24 hours prior to class. No refunds are given, but you may transfer your spot with notice.
