Indian food is not all about cream loaded chicken tikka masala and curries! It has so much diversity and numerous ways of preparation that combine mouth watering flavors and seasonings into meat and vegetables in a lean cooking style that can transform your dining experience and get you addicted in no time!

Participants will learn how to use different spices and seasonings, and even create fusion foods using Mexican and Asian spices to generate unique flavors. They will also learn smart ways to include a variety of proteins, which combined with greens and grains, make wholesome well balanced meals that are easy to satiate the pickiest of palates.

Class take-aways: Combining the right flavors and cooking techniques creates a sustainable lifestyle. Participants will learn how to include whole grains with meat and vegetables using minimal oils and little to none of (bad)fatty ingredients and still prepare mouthwatering meals. You will enjoy a 3-course meal with stunning hill country views and leave with spice samples to use in your kitchens and get started right away!
