Gather together with a lively crowd of fellow foodies in market chef Maggie Perkins' south Austin studio to learn more about these 2 Asian specialties-- Poke' shops, found frequently all over Hawaii  with heavy Japanese and Korean influences can be found popping up in sophisticated city shops like our own, and Temaki, the beginners' sushi hand-rolled hand rolls that are a meal in and of themselves. You'll master the art of creating these dishes, and snack on them in class while learning about traditional Japanese condiments, sauces, toppings, and more. 

Fillings will include cooked and raw seafood, with many vegan and vegetarian options littered among the vegetables as well. This is about as healthy a cooking class as you'll find-- on trend and adventurous, and Instagram-able as all heck!

Class will be held in a private kitchen/home located in the 78745 zip code area of South Central Austin, near St. David’s Hospital.

Address will be provided 24 hours prior to class. No refunds given but substitutions allowed with prior approval.
