Roll up your sleeves and roll up your dinner!

In this hand-on class, learn the basics of making sushi at home/ We will discuss product sourcing, sushi customs. and the art of preparing the most important ingredient, the sushi rice!

Then we’ll get chopping and slicing and selecting together from an array of ingredients to make your own custom roll, as well as a hand roll called Temaki…let’s get rollin!
