Unleash your inner Italian Nonna by learning how to make fresh pasta at home. We will learn tips and tricks for making this process quick and simple so you never have to spend money on store bought pasta again. All you will need a flour, egg and little elbow grease. We will start our dough from scratch and learn how to using pasta machine to roll it into any shape we desire. We will learn how to use different types of ravioli presses so you can find the one you like best for your own kitchen. Each student will learn with 2 servings of dough ready for later use and 2 servings of tasty raviolis.

Aug. 17- 6:30-8:30

Class will be held in Barton Hills - address sent upon registration. Please feel free to BYOB for this class. No refunds but you may transfer your spot to someone else.

About Sandy Caglia: A private chef and real estate agent, Sandy is on a mission to help Austin “Be home for dinner.” She has always loved being in the kitchen whether to cook a meal for loved ones or remodel the floor plan.
