What could be more delicious than potatoes and pasta fried in butter? Come learn the tricks of the trade when making pirogues from scratch. We will start by making our own pasta dough and cartelizing onions and garlic season the potatoes. We will use our potato-based filling to stuff and shape pierogies into the perfect mouthwatering bites. Next, we will prep them for eating and dig in for a few. This class is HANDS ON! Each student will leave class with full bellies and a pocket full of pirogues to prepare at home. Apps will be provided for some heavy snacking throughout class.

Sept. 10- 1-4 PM

Class will be held in Barton Hills - address sent upon registration. Please feel free to BYOB for this class. No refunds but you may transfer your spot to someone else.
