You CAN bake fresh bread every day with a little time, a little preparation, and a little bit of baking confidence. In this popular beginning class, learn the steps and skills to make a versatile no-knead bread dough, prepare a custom-topped focaccia in class, and bring home a ready-to-bake loaf, as well as a batch of fresh dough to keep your skills fresh.
