Thai food is one of Market Chef Maggie’s favorite cuisines, and she loves sharing the ins and outs of some of the most common, and favorite dishes offered in restaurants. You’ll leave this combination demonstration and hands-on class having mastered some of your own.

Roll up your sleeves and join local, knowledgeable (and really funny) instructor Maggie Perkins to learn about the secrets of great Thai food, including the taste profiles, spices and seasonings, and pantry essentials to help you throw together the salads, soups and curries of this creative cuisine, and enjoy a great night full of food, fun, laughter and more.

The menu for this delicious class includes

  • Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp

  • Larb with Minced Pork

  • Thai Red Chicken Curry

  • and a special sweet treat for dessert

Class will be held in a private kitchen/home located in the 78745 zip code area of South Central Austin, near St. David’s Hospital.

Address will be provided 24 hours prior to class. No refunds given but substitutions allowed with prior approval.
