This class is for those of you who have some experience with canning and would like to put up a large quantity of tomatoes for the winter. We will work together to prepare and break down our fruit and get it in jars quickly and efficiently. Some experience is helpful but not required - you can learn easily! We will make a simple sauce and plain diced tomatoes. Participants will take home approximately a dozen pints!

Plenty of snacks and drinks will be provided to keep you cool and hydrated. Bring an apron and wear comfy clothes and shoes.

July 30,  1 -4PM

Class will be held in South East Austin - address sent upon registration. Please feel free to BYOB for this class! No refunds but you may transfer your spot to someone else.
