We've heard it a million times! You're better off with breakfast. If you're like me, everyone's ready to go in the morning and I'm rushing out the door with a lousy excuse for breakfast. Start the school year off right with a freezer full of healthy and easy breakfast foods.

This is a production style class where participants will work in small groups to create 3 full meal options. Menu includes: Breakfast Tacos, Banana Bundles and Overnight Oat Jars. We will have a multitude of ingredients to mix and match and each participant will leave with about 12 servings of breakfasts to grab in go as well as the recipes to recreate at home. All meals are plant based/vegan and can be made gluten free (not suitable for allergies) upon prior request.

About Caitlin Moore: A gardener, designer, blogger, and DIY preserving guru, Caitlin owns Shepard's Flock Canning Company, an Austin-based gardening and preserving business. She spends her days in the sun planting vegetable and fruit gardens as well as Texas native landscaping and flower cutting gardens. She also teaches canning and preserving classes to help clients learn how to get the most out of their home gardens and local harvests.
