Is the summer seriously almost over? Hang on to those easy going nights by having some fantastic and easy dinners tucked away in the freezer. You'll be so glad to know you've got some healthy options when it's dinner time and everyone is hangry! This is a production style class, participants will work in small groups to help prepare 3 complete meals to pack and freeze to take home.
Menu includes: Hearty Lasagne with Garlic French Bread, Enchiladas with Rice and Borracho Beans, and Plant-Based Chicken Pot Pie.


We'll provide all ingredients and containers. Everyone takes home 3 complete freezer ready meals. All meals are vegan! Grab a friend, roll up your sleeves and let's get cookin'!

About Caitlin Moore: A gardener, designer, blogger, and DIY preserving guru, Caitlin owns Shepard's Flock Canning Company, an Austin-based gardening and preserving business. She spends her days in the sun planting vegetable and fruit gardens as well as Texas native landscaping and flower cutting gardens. She also teaches canning and preserving classes to help clients learn how to get the most out of their home gardens and local harvests.
