Join local market chef Maggie Perkins to learn the steps for successfully creating homemade Mozzarella Cheese, including tips, tools, and tricks for success.

At class end, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy an example of how you can use your cheese; quick, delicious Flatbread Pizzas, and you’ll take home a batch of your very own handiwork.
