This is a demonstration style class where we will make some of my favorite winter braising dishes: Beef stew and Green Curry Chicken along with Cuisinart Focaccia.  Time saving tricks and techniques will be taught. Afterward, we will get to hang out and eat what we have made, so come hungry!
