Cook Book editor and former Today Show food stylist Julia Pemberton Hellums has worked creating beautiful and delicious food editorial for almost thirty years. She began her food styling career when she worked with Martha on the original Martha Stewart’s Christmas, (Clarkson-Potter Publishing,1989) and more recently did food styling and recipe editing for Chef Hugo Ortega and Tracy Vaught’s Backstreet Kitchen, (Inwood Publishing, 2013). Just last week she won the holiday cookie category for Edible Houston Magazine’s 2018 Cookie contest. Julia loves the creativity and fun that holiday entertaining inspires but knows that the stresses of the season can make it scary to embark on hosting a gathering. She wants to help with tools and tips to put the joy back in your party giving!
