Join local market chef Maggie Perkins to learn the beginning steps for successfully fermenting seasonal vegetables for personal preservation and consumption. All supplies are included.

You’ll roll up your sleeves to make a batch of fresh summer pickled vegetables which you will take home, with instructions for the continued fermentation. Support, as always, is only a text away during the process, and after the first jar of crispy tummy-taming probiotics are complete, you’ll be off and running and ready to create pickles, krauts, slaws, relishes and more. Come make great pickles and greater memories with fellow foodies from Austin and beyond!
