In this popular class, join local market chef Maggie Perkins to learn how to prepare a true Cajun favorite.

At class end, we’ll gather around the table to break bread with our newest friends. Come make a great meal and greater memories with fellow foodies from Austin and beyond.

Class will be held in a private kitchen located in the 78745 zip area of South Central Austin, near St. David’s Hospital. Address will be provided 24 hours prior to class.
