In this class, I’ll be showing you how to make low-carb Japanese Chicken Karaage and German Pork Schnitzel with two different types of nut flours. In addition, I’ll teach you how to make a couple of low-carb side dishes that will tantalize your taste buds.

In this class, I will show you how to easily make:

·       German pork schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce

·       Japanese chicken karaage

·       Buffalo-style cole slaw

·       Cilantro Lime Coconut Cauliflower Rice

Narmina Lovely and Sharon Svensson are passionate low carb cooks and foodies who started this way of eating when Narmina’s 6 year old son and Sharon’s 11 year old daughter were first diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, a chronic autoimmune disease where insulin is administered and required to control their blood sugars which can drastically change from a multitude of factors including the amount of carbohydrate intake. They were adamant that they did not want their children to have unstable blood sugars from a high carb diet that made them feel sick on a daily basis and would eventually turn into long-term health complications. At the same time, they didn’t want to deprive their children of the delectable foods they grew up on.  That’s where their low carb cooking journey began. Their mission is to teach and make low carb food options that are absolutely delicious and healthy that everyone can enjoy and benefit from!
