Vanessa Musi is one of the first healthy pastry chefs in the world, with over 20 years experience teaching, she is a classically trained pastry chef. She graduated with honors from the French Pastry School, but her story of hypoglycemia and health adversity inspired her to create a new way to bake. Vanessa has taught thousands of bakers: home bakers and professionals around the world, online, hands on and demo.
