Do you want to learn some new fish recipes? Sick of salmon? This is a demonstration style class where we will learn how to cook whole butterflied rainbow trout with fresh herbs, and mustard crusted Branzino along with some savory sides. Taught by Amy Anton, of aaCooks.

Amy is a self-taught cook who is inspired by what's fresh in the market and her 3 boys who are always hungry!! She won a Saveur Magazine national cooking contest for her famous Braised Lamb Shanks, and has been to several international cooking schools.
