Restricting ingredients doesn't have to mean missing out on major flavor and creativity. Come and learn some of my favourite and unique Whole30 recipes! You'll leave with an incredible amount of nutritional education, healthy and delicious substitutions for foods we know and love, and recipes to use in the future!

We'll be cooking and eating a zucchini-noodle lasagna with homemade vegan ricotta and perfectly roasted brussels sprouts and baby dutch potatoes.

April 26-   6:30-8:30PM

Class located at 51st and Springdale in Central east Austin- address will be emailed 24 hours before class. Feel free to bring wine or beer!

Monique Sandhu is a personal chef in Austin through her company Eat Good Things. She is also the founder and owner of the food blog ATX Eats and Treats which was started in Spring of 2016. Her cooking style includes nutrition and health in mind without sacrificing taste.  Her personal chef work has an emphasis on meal planning for people with dietary needs. If she's not eating or cooking, she's playing with her dog Obadiah.
