In this demonstration style class we will prepare a delightful Spring dinner that includes Couscous w peas and mint, Poblano Soup, and Salmon w Peas and Tarragon and a Butter lettuce Salad with Buttermilk dressing. Taught by Amy Anton, of aaCooks.
