Join market chef Maggie Perkins to make and take your own personal-size pie, and learn to make its sweet cookie crust, a versatile fruit glaze, and home-whipped cream from scratch you can use to create all manner of fruit tarts and pies in your own kitchen.

This class is suitable for cooks of all ages and stages, and perhaps a perfect experience for young aspiring chefs off school for the holiday, accompanied by an adult.
