What could be better than a fabulous, fancy Mediterranean dinner in a lovely garden setting? 
Learning to make it before you get to eat it! 
We'll have some fun and light snacks while getting to know our menu for the evening, then everyone gets to learn through a combo of demonstrations and hands-on helping! Once it's all done, we'll get our garden dining area set up and have a lovely meal in the springtime air. 

Our Menu: 

  • Salad: Arugula, Beet, Orange, Feta, Tarragon Vinaigrette

  • Main: Seafood Charmoula with Sweet Peppers, Couscous Pilaf, Cinnamon Almond Haricots Verts

  • Dessert: Gelato with Berries and Cherry Balsamic Redux

About Doryan: I started throwing dinner parties with the knowledge my father gave me. Those got bigger and bigger until we couldn’t house them in one place anymore. A friend of mine decided to make it into a reality cooking show in 2002, and though it didn’t get picked up, it started me on the road to forming my own catering and event-planning company.
